Questions to Ask

Many factors play a part in finding the best option for the customer. However, asking the right questions can help you develop the right solution.

Here are some examples of questions to ask:

1. What is the goal of the new implementation?
2. What software are they currently using?

   • If they already use LS Nav or LS Central on-premises, what version are they?

3. How large is the database?
4. Are there any customizations?
5. Timeline?
6. Budget?
